General information on Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) - Costs vary based on the project (i.e., vent replacement, eave soffit enclosure, windows, etc.).
Homeowners should know the money borrowed and associated costs are added to your property taxes for the term of the PACE contract. Be sure you can manage the increased property tax payment.
